| Dianna grew up in the Atlanta area. At the age of 10 her family moved to Roswell. Her mom is Connie Simpson (her dad passed away in '87). She has a brother Franklin and sister Jamie. However, she also has two half brothers: Ray and Rod, and a half sister, Renee (Woodworth). The halfies live in Nova Scotia Cananda. |
| Bill grew up in the Detroit area. Grosse Pointe to be exact. His parents are Happy and Bill Rands. He has a sister Barbara Todd (soon to be Barbara Valente). His folks have three cats (like us) Midnight, Boo Cat, and James. |
| Dianna graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Business degree emphasis in accounting. WAHOOOOO!!!! |

| Bill is currently pursuing a degree in computer engineering. He is a student at CU and Front Range. |
| Dianna is embarking on her next adventure in life. September 30, 2005 will be her last day at TransMontaigne. For now she will relax while she gets the ball rolling on her new business venture, be sure to stay tuned to find out what it is!!! |
